Email us. That’s the whole process.

There is no form, no calendar wall and no qualification sequence. Write a paragraph about what you are trying to build and what is currently in the way, and one of the two founders will reply.

What helps in a first email

  • What the system needs to do, in plain language.
  • What exists today — a prototype, a data warehouse, nothing at all.
  • What is blocking it. Usually this is the most useful sentence.
  • Any hard constraint: a deadline, a data boundary, a regulator, a cloud.

None of this is required. A single sentence is a fine start, and we would rather have a short email than none.

What happens next

We reply to everything, usually within two working days. If it looks like a fit we set up a call of thirty to sixty minutes at no cost, and follow it with a written proposal covering approach, milestones, what we will not do, and commercials.

If it is not a fit, we say so on that call and tell you what we think you actually need. That costs you nothing.

What we will not do

Before you write: we do not staff-augment, we do not publish rate cards, and we are honest that our delivered portfolio is our own products rather than client engagements. The full list is on the homepage.

Where we are

Tvaris Labs, Rajapushpa Atria, Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We work with teams in other time zones and are used to it.

Start with a paragraph.

That really is enough for us to tell you whether there is a project here.
