A studio of two, on purpose.

Tvaris Labs is an engineering studio in Hyderabad. We build agentic applications and the data and evaluation systems that keep them honest. We started it because we kept watching capable teams ship AI features that nobody could tell were working.

Why this exists

Between us we spent most of a decade inside companies where software failing is a news story. That teaches a particular set of habits: assume the pipeline will break, assume the model will be confidently wrong, assume the cost will surprise you, and build so that none of those are fatal.

Very little of that discipline has made it into how AI features are being built right now. A demo is easy. A system that still behaves in month six, under real inputs, at a cost you can defend, is a different discipline entirely — and it is largely the same discipline data and platform engineers have practised for years.

So we built our own products first. Five of them, live, with the billing, authentication and infrastructure we own and operate. Every architectural opinion on this site was paid for with our own time and our own cloud bill. We are taking that into client work now.

Maluchuru Sai Dinesh Reddy

Dinesh has spent eight years building data and machine learning systems at scale. At Microsoft he works on pipelines processing more than 200 terabytes of raw logs a day across OneDrive and SharePoint, including a single-day peak above 300 billion Blob transactions, and led a redesign that cut compute and storage by around 70 percent. He also built an LLM-as-a-judge evaluation harness for OneNote Copilot, which is where a good deal of our conviction about evaluation comes from.

Before Microsoft he built package lifecycle datasets at Amazon, and started at JPMorgan Chase, where four years of financial systems taught him that correctness is not a feature you add later. He writes about engineering at dineshblog.com.

Maddireddy Anusha

Anusha has spent eight years on the commercial side of technology products across SaaS, industrial IoT, pharmaceuticals and fintech. She is Head of Commercials at MachineMax, where she rebuilt pricing and the go-to-market motion around what the data showed rather than what the room assumed.

At Tvaris she owns the question engineers are worst at answering: whether the thing being built is worth building, for whom, and at what price. She is the reason our proposals contain an out-of-scope section.
