Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
JustAskStuff respects your privacy. We collect the minimum information needed to run the service: your Google account email and name (used to identify your library), the documents you upload, the questions you ask, and standard server logs.
Uploaded documents and chat history are tied to your account and are not shared with other users. They are stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Provider API keys you supply (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are encrypted at rest using a key derived from a server secret.
We use Google OAuth for sign-in; Google receives standard OAuth metadata when you sign in. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
You can delete documents at any time from the library. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@justaskstuff.com.
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced on this page.
